Please note: This report includes updates regarding the day 5 cross-examination of Grace Jabbari.
On the eve of December 6, 2023, a livestream took place featuring a special guest who has been attending court from the moment the trial commenced. From jury selection to Grace Jabbari’s direct and cross-examination, she has seen it all. The guest that appeared on the stream is none other than Dani Does Law! She provided amazing insight that most reporters have neglected to report. Throughout this report, we shall be providing excerpts from the stream with its relevant timestamp. You are encouraged to watch the full stream for context, as these are just some of the key details that she provided that haven’t been heard, likely anywhere else!
The stream commenced with Dani on her way back to Tampa, FL, at an airport in NY. She began recounting Grace Jabbari on the stand, “not really taking it seriously[…] she kept saying she’s sorry I’m nervous.” One thing we have to remember before going further is that Grace Jabbari has not alleged physical violence from Jonathan Majors during the course of their relationship!
The pursuit and the fight according to Grace Jabbari Explained!
At 17:08+, Dani continues to recount moments testified to by Grace of what happened in the back of the Escalade. Dani outlines how Grace kept evading questions from the ADA (Assistant District Attorney) regarding her being in pain. Dani reveals Grace had said “that all I was concerned about was who this girl was, who this woman was.” Dani goes on to add that she testified to her encounter with the strangers after Jonathan Majors had outrun her, stating that Grace said that she was “afraid” of Jonathan Majors to the strangers. Footage of meeting the strangers can be found below!
Dani continues to recount Grace Jabbari’s testimony, where a 5’6 woman summoned the courage to pursue Jonathan Majors, a 6’0 man built like Muhammad Ali in his prime, by foot, despite testifying she was “afraid.” On CCTV surveillance footage shown in court, she continues to go after the 6’0 Jonathan Majors (who was getting away from her) despite her claims that she had found refuge with the strangers. According to Dani, Grace had caught up with Jonathan Majors and persuaded him to get back into the car. It was heard by the court that at this time, the reason Grace had asked Jonathan to return to the vehicle was that he was on the phone with his manager and “speaking too loud.” Dani further adds that the prosecution refrained from questioning further after Grace had given her testimony!
At 23:30+, Dani goes on to add further context to the situation regarding the Daily Mail Article, where it reads ‘I felt a heavy thud on top of me[…] I curled over and felt him yank my arm,’ the writer of the article alleges that the writer had “skipped a whole chunk of information” and goes on to outline an approximate measurement of the backseat of the Escalade and details where Grace Jabbari had testified to have been sitting (“behind the driver in the passenger seat”). She goes on to state that “Grace had grabbed the phone from him, facing her door with hands holding the phone really tightly…” Dani adds that Grace testified to Jonathan ‘initially trying to pry her hands apart…he spent a decent amount of time trying to…{break in communication with Dani due to connection issues}
Suicide Threats Explained
At 34:50-36:00/45+, as Dani returned, she addresses the suicidal threats that Grace Jabbari had claimed that Jonathan Majors had made to her (which suggests that this was a pattern of abuse designed to make her stay in the relationship). Dani stated that Grace Jabbari testified to the reasons for the suicidal threats by Jonathan Majors, saying that ‘every time they had a blowout’ that he was self-deprecating and talking about killing himself, saying that ‘he did it while he was at work’ and she always offered to talk him off the ledge. Each time, Jonathan would say ‘Oh no I would just speak to my therapist.’
Jonathan Majors Coretta Scott and Michelle Obama References Explained
At 54:04+, deep into the stream, Dani addresses the talk in regards to Jonathan Majors wanting Grace Jabbari to be like MLK’s wife, Coretta Scott-King, and/or, Barack Obama’s wife, Michelle Obama. She addresses the audio that was playing in court, outlining it was only a “snippet” and not the entire conversation. Dani goes onto add that, she (Grace Jabbari) says ‘that he got upset because…'” likely this was because she was probably drunk according to Jonathan Majors. Dani gave a detailed account of what had happened to provoke the line of question by prosecution in regards to whether she was inebriated or not. “Were you drunk?” the prosecutor asks, Grace responds “I was just tipsy”.
Dani relays that leading up to the playing of the clip (audio of Majors mentioning these wives) by the prosecution, that somewhere outside of London, Grace and Majors were residing in which the trainer for Magazine Dreams had been brought back to the house to train him. She was excited to be in the house and had invited her friend over toward the house, then they had walked to the street to a pub, had some drinks and came back to the house. While Grace and her friend were on their way back, Majors and his trainer had finished up and ordered food. When the delivery arrived, Majors was “ticked off” with Grace that he made trainer’s food to go and had escorted Grace Jabbari’s friend and the trainer out of the premises. As Dani said on stream, she will get to the cross-examination of Grace Jabbari which shines a light on why the prosecution asked her if she was drunk. And boy did Dani deliver faster than the food delivery man at Majors’ residence!
During cross-examination, Dani dropped a bombshell that not many were expecting nor had many even reported to it happening. As a result of Priya’s shock and awe tactic during cross, it was revealed that Grace Jabbari was allegedly an alcoholic, that Majors had called her a drunk and an alcoholic whenever they had an argument. In the audio that kicked off this entire chain of events, Jonathan Majors was speaking in a low voice, not yelling, screaming, raging etc. His voice was not elevated or out of control according to Dani saying “Do you know who Coretta Scott King is, do you know who Michelle Obama is…”. Further asserting to Grace, “I am a great man, I’m doing great things for the culture and I need a woman” on level with him, suggesting he was after a woman that understands his reputation and behaviour. Dani emphasised the opinion that he was likely not speaking to her being like these two women posited as examples by Majors but they should be role models for the type of behaviour and/or reputation he is trying to build.

Grace Jabbari allegedly conscious in the closet
At 1:58:00+, during a much-heated cross-examination where Dani had detailed Grace’s demeanor and reactions to Priya’s line of questioning. To the surprise of many (including Dani), Priya threw a curveball at Grace by inquiring about her ex-boyfriend that had killed himself as a result of Grace not providing straight answers to whether she was the one that was suicidal when the cops found her in the closet with pills, etc.
According to Dani, she had broken down into tears and had run out of the courthouse slamming the doors when the court adjourned for lunch! Priya had introduced a text message allegedly sent to her friend in London saying she was awake 10-13 minutes prior to when the cops had entered the premises. This was the time that Grace Jabbari was supposed to be unconscious.
At 02:17:30+, it must also be noted that during cross-examination, Priya had questioned Grace Jabbari about why she had blood under her fingernails, to which Grace did not provide direct answers.
